The Wilson Educational Foundation Urology Scholarship is focused on developing promising urologists into future prosthetic urologists. For physicians with fewer than five years in practice, the fellowships offer immersive training on surgical techniques, communication skills, marketing, and practice development, including scrubbing-in with high volume implanters, digital marketing instruction, and personal mentorship.

Participants receive an aviation reimbursement up to $3,000, hotel accommodations, most meals, and airport transportation. Three scholars will be selected for this opportunity. Participating scholars will receive:
Immersive training in Lübeck, Germany with Dr. Osmonov
Scrubbing during surgery for multiple primary and revision IPPs
Video seminar in operative technique with Dr. Wilson
Instruction on marketing to patients and physicians, including specific suggestions for personalized future marketing materials
Participation in communication skills education and exposure to a different cultural environment for prosthetic urology
Invitations to the private Wilson Cup gala dinner at AUA
